You can choose either bedroom 1 or bedroom 2, because we only accept ONE guest so you have your own private bathroom. Both bedrooms are on 2nd floor (NOT basement) of a clean single house in secured Royal Oak NW Calgary. 15 mins walking distance to Commercial Centre, 2-5 mins walking to junior & elementary schools, bus stop. Water, gas, electricity are included. Location: Royal Oak Northwest Calgary within walking distance to: - Shopping centre - Walmart, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart - gym/fitness facility (YMCA) - banks (RBC, TD, BMO, CIBC, Scotia) - restaurants & cafes (McDonald's, Subway, Tim Hortons, Starbucks) The stay may be extended or long-term upon circumstances. Deposit & ID required. No smoking/drugs/alcohol/pets.
