Are you a student or single traveller needing a comfortable home?..let's talk... Navine's Homestay is a home for students (usually all male), situated in Wetton (some say Ottery) in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, on the edge of the Cape Flats. The accommodation is well-equipped for self-catering and is ideal for young people who want to explore Cape Town. A very strictly non-smokers private home, with Homestay, Economy and Budget sections . The home offers good value-pricing, comfort, privacy and security. Secure inside parking available. Also suited to people who prefer to use public transport. Single, comfortable beds are offered in all rooms, except the Scenic double, which is more private upstairs. In the main house (Homestay), there is a separate room downstairs, right next to a home office. Navine lives upstairs. We share the upstairs living room, which leads to balcony with a view of the the Constantia Winelands. The Economy section has a double room and a single room, both have comfortable 3/4 sized beds. A Budget room with its own toilet/basin is available outside both sections and has a single bed. Secure inside parking is offered with all rooms. Economy and Budget rooms do not have access to Homestay facilities and share a shower, kitchenette, outside dishwash basin and fridge. The area itself is interesting, community-orientated, and you will meet South Africans (and Africans) of all persuasions. We have a lovely Spar supermarket within 5 minutes walk of the house where you can buy everything you need, including cooked food. The area has been very safe, the rooms are quiet and extremely safe ; being Africa, it can get hot.
Non-smoker guests only please. No pets/animals allowed. Payment must be made before arrival. Visitors with owner's permission. Sleepovers not allowed. The home observes halaal rules ; no pork products allowed. This is a drug-free zone.

Sunny, pleasant room. Large cupboard and 3/4 bed. Best for medium and long stays. TV and other facilities are upsatirs the main house, not in the room itself. Wifi access good with fibre connection, uncapped.
