It is a five minute bus ride to the University of Manitoba. 45 minutes to Downtown and University of Winnipeg. The kitchen and bathroom are shared (other guest). You are required to buy your own food and make all your own meals. Non smoking environment. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. I enjoy guests from many cultures. Thank you for your interest. A security deposit is required upon arrival. A payment before arrival will be required.
