I've got a room available in my house where I live with my retired father and my dog who will not always be here.

There is no smoking allowed inside bjt outside is ok. Keep dishes on mainfloor and wash when finshed. Keep kitchen the way you found it when finished cooking. Please ask before having guests over. Be respectfull of the dog when he is here , this is his home too.
