We are new to Homestay. Our home is in a safe, quiet and calm community. LOCATED ONLY 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM DISNEY PARKS, 30-40 MINUTES FROM UNIVERSAL, INTERNATIONAL DRIVE, and SEA WORLD. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and retail stores. This room is Non-Smoking. We offer a private bedroom with queen-size bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom is shared. Perfect for couples, singles and small families visiting for business or leisure. We will be happy to help you with any necessary things!
- No shoes in the house (slippers allowed). - The host must be informed of any visitor. - The room comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 soaps. -A set of bath towels will be provided for each guest after check-in and, as required, during the stay. - Linen and dryer are available for guest use (night use only) - No pets allowed at any time in order to ensure the cleanliness of the room and the house and to protect guests who may have allergies. -Not alcoholic drinks. - Any violence or language will not be tolerated. The guest will be asked to leave the house without refund. - Home quiet hours: 11pm - 8am. - Community quiet hours: 10-pm - 8am.
