The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, mini fridge, rotating fan, flat screen TV, and a closet. The bathroom is directly across from the room. Renter will also have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, patio, and yard. We are located in a suburban area, near FM 1382 & Belt Line, with access to a mall, restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, and parks and recreation centers. We are a loving Christian couple who enjoy being sociable, having fun, and making the best of life. COUPLES MUST BE MARRIED, and rent will be $1,600.00 per month(and $800.00 deposit). We are looking for someone warm, loving, and dependable. someone who is looking for a place to call "home" for whatever period they stay.
