Tenant is expected to be respectful and polite, sharing the space with mother and high school daughter. She is welcome to use laundry, internet, TV (shared in living room), pool/hot tub, and will have kitchen/fridge access. We are in a duplex, so tenant will need to be quiet between the hours of 10pm-8am. Drug use (including use of marijuana) will not be tolerated. Must be female.
