I have 1 double room to let out. It is furnished and would suit a student or individual that needs to be close to the city for work or study. In a quiet and secure complex, with friendly neighbours.

Be respectful of me and my neighbours No loud music No friends or partners staying overnight Clean up after yourself. (This means in every room) My room is off limits. I will ensure you have space in the fridge and the room has a small drinks fridge to use. If the garbage bin is full, please take it down and replace the bag. Inform me if there is anything wrong and i will have it fixed (if possible)
