(Shitzu) Transport is 5 min walking distance to bus stop on Windsor Rd, this takes you directly to the CBD by the M2 freeway witch is also min away on Windsor Rd. - The house has one room available for rent it is furnished with wardrobe, a single bed, desk, bedside table and lamp. There are three major shopping centre's accessible by bus. The room will be ready by the end of this week. I am living alone but excited to have a student's company and to assist with their studies here in Australia.
1* Must clean after your self when using kitchen toilet bedroom. 2* Keep your room clean. 3* always secure gates to prevent dog from walking out. 4* no smoking in the house only outside 5* keep music at a reasonable level
