Family home on a private street surrounded by families. Private park across the street. We live next to Alouette Lake and Golden Ears Provincial park so an outdoor enthusiast would love the area. Lots of hiking and biking trails. The house is on a greenbelt and near the Alouette River. We are a family with young kids. Renting out our finished basement that was used previously as a spare room, office and home theater. We have a bed that can be used and a wardrobe in the room for clothing. Internet, utilities and A/C included. Meals could be discussed as an extra cost. Near bus stops.

*No Smoking or Vaping. No drugs in the house. No pets. *asthma issue so can have no smoke in the house of any kind. *Our kids go to bed at 8:30 so house is quiet in the evenings therefore no loud music or TV after 9:00pm. It can be at a reasonable volume. *No overnight guests or guests without prior approval. *Room must be kept tidy. *Will need access to room once a week to vacuum the floor and clean the bathroom and provide fresh linens. *No staining hair dye used in the bath tub. *No access to kitchen or rest of the house after 9pm. *Will offer tours of the area. *Smoking is not allowed indoors. *Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. *No pets are allowed inside. *Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. *Please respect our home but feel comfortable. *Please keep quiet after 9 pm.
