This is a private Master Bedroom and Bathroom with a private entrance way to the room. It's located in Milton Fl mins from Black water river and a short drive to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Check in time is 2pm check out time is 11am. Guest will pay a 25 dollar cleaning fee as well as the nightly fee. Guests may smoke outside the room only. Cancellation needs to be given one day in advance of arrival for a refund. Guest may use the laundry and kitchen by way of request just to make sure it's not in use. Payments need to be made at time of booking unless you have reached out to me and we have made an agreement for payment.
