Our four bedroom home has become too big for me. All bedrooms have private bathroom with shower and breakfast and WiFi are included. I also offer 1 wash per week. Location is prime to all places of interest, entertainment, schools and shopping. We are 3 minute walk from a lovey bay and bus stops. Price includes: This includes water and electricity Weekly room cleaning and weekly personal clothes wash Bedding and towels soap and toilet paper Breakfast items and tea and coffee all day Use of full kitchen and common area
Use of kitchen is limited to microwave usage, one fridge drawer per room, no smoking in the house, guests only in living room, respect for other guests.
