You will be living with a mother and son (also University Student) so not a party house. Close to parks and the seaside to explore during your weekends. Blackrock Village 5 mins walk with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Secure bike shed also available on grounds.Over 18s only.
Nobody to be invited into our home unless cleared by me. No Overnight guests No drugs alcohol or smoking allowed. Guests must be fully vacinnated as we are. Kitchen is restricted access only and we will discuss times when you arrive. No laptops allowed in kitchen,it's for eating only! Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Payment in advance on first day please..you can pay monthly if staying for a couple of months.
