My home is comfortable, clean and orderly. I live in a 3 bedroom duplex next door to my mother. Cutie (Yorkshire dog) and I live together. I have a nice outdoor patio/plants all around the house. My neighbor hood is family oriented and friendly and we look out for one another. We've been here since 1982. I enjoy Gospel music. My home environment is peaceful and positive

Laundry once a week. student must communicate with host one day in advance if not coming home and will need to reply, by text or phone w/in 2hours, if called by Host: for their safety and respect to Host. Student need to let Host know if their sick from school and their class schedule. Student need to let Host know in 1day advance if they would like a visitor. Student should .inform Host if feeling any illness.(stomach/headache/etc ). smoking allowed on patio not in the house
