Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This super quiet street and comfy house is conveniently located 12 minutes from downtown Saint Paul and everything it has to offer! Less than 15 minutes from Children's, Regions, and United Hospitals, and about 7 minutes from MSP Airport and Mall of America! Great area to walk with Hidden Falls, parks, and biking right out your door. In less than 20 minutes you can be downtown Minneapolis and all the nightlife. I share the house and work from there M-F 7a-7p. You will have the place to yourself almost every night and weekend. I own a digital marketing agency and all of my work is on the computer or phone. I love to cook and am a huge music fan.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Quiet time between 11p and 7a M-F.
