My name is Tonia. I live in a single family home in a home community setting. I currently live alone, with the exception of my dog and cat. There is a community pool and nature trail within walking distance.
Minimal outside visitors. Family excursions will take place before 3:00 pm. Smoking is not allowed in the house, the guest must smoke in the backyard. Do not remove items from the home without permission. Bikes and motor vehicles must be kept in the garage. The guest must clean up after him/herself when any room in the home is utilized by the guest. The guest and homeowner will discuss a weekly chore chart. The guest should refrain from loud talking and swearing. The guest should respect the homeowner and any visitors of the homeowner.
