Older house but has been remodeled has original hardwood floors, new appliances and your bedroom has a new mattress. Plenty of outdoor space big back yard with pecan trees, flower beds and corn hole games. I am a chef so love to cook but you have access to anything in the kitchen. I work long hours so we might not cross paths often. Great location out of the way but still near restaurants and things to do.
