I live in a Semi-detached house located in a quiet residential seafront area in Pembroke, together with my husband George. Just round the corner you will find a supermarket and a magazine shop. The groundfloor apartment is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the nightlife hub of Malta which is Paceville. Here is a tourist area where you find cinemas, bowling centre, hotels, takeaways and restaurants. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from a rocky beach and 15 minutes from St. George's sandy beach. In Paceville St. Julians there are many English language schools and so one can go to school on foot since we are only 15 minutes away. . WIFI is provided. We will gladly help you with the information on how to go around on The island. The groundfloor one bedroom apartment is attached to our house but having its own entrance and totally private. It accomodates 2 persons. Having one double bedroom where the beds can be joined or separated, bathroom, laundry room, living/ fully equipped kitchen room, having netflix and youtube on tv. Also has a yard where to relax and hang the washing. The apartment is complete, having fully equipped kitchen, all emnitees provided like sheets, shower towels and beach Towels . Minimum stay is 3 nights and maximum is 90 nights. Parking is available free on the street. Strictly only 2 persons are allowed to stay on the premises, but friends are allowed to visit. Bus stop is just opposite the house with regular buses coming around. Down my street go down 2 busses. One goes directly to the capital city of Malta which is Valletta. Another goes to the south of Malta. When one goes to the north, it is easy to go to Gozo by taking the Gozo ferry boat

No smoking in the apartment, not even in the back yard. Smoking is only allowed by the gate of the driveway.The table and chairs are to be kept in the yard and not outside the main door. Maltese government environmental tax (ECO TAX) for tourists is 50 cents of a euro per night or capped up to 5 euros for a stay of 10 days or longer. This is not included in the price and so it is collected by the host on arrival. The air condition and bedroom wall mounted fan and heater work by coin meter using 1 or 2 euro coins. Minimum stay 3 nights, max stay 90 nights. Check in after 3pm Check out before 10am.
