Studio Apartment with kitchen on second floor in an independent bunglow residence overlooking a park located in New Alipore, South Kolkata. The room is a large double room with an attached bath on the second floor with a fully functional kitchen. Fridge, Gas and Microwave are provided. The room has an attached balcony in front and a small roof garden on the adjoining terrace. The room is overlooking the park with lot of greenary surrounding it. Taxis and Cabs are available around the corner about 25 meters away. Other public conveyances and the metro underground railway are available within 10 minutes walking distance. House keeping and light breakfast are included. Home cooked lunch and dinner with the hosts is optional and chargeable at very reasonable rates. Laundry, etc. including services not specified are optional and charegable.
1. Apart from the guests who have checked in through Homestay, no other overnight guests are permitted and should leave the premises by 22.00 Hours. Unmarried couples are not entertained. 2. The agreement shall not be considered as a tenancy agreement. 3. Public disturbances, loud music, etc. within the premises are not permitted. 4. The guests shall have access to all parts of the bunglow and will be considered as a part of the family during their stay. It is expected that they also will reciprocate in the same manner. 5. All guests are permitted to use the kitchen attached to the studio apartment. All raw materials shall, however, have to be arranged by the guests. 6. The rates mentioned are on single occupancy basis. In case of Double occupanct a surcharge of Rs.500.00 per day/night shall be applicable.
