NO Cats Must wash own dishes No smoking or recreational drugs No late night noise or parties without approvals Must ask for approval for guests Must wear suit in Hot Tub No required maintenance of exterior... must keep space clear or can hire a cleaning service Must wash provided lines and towels... initial paper products provided... replacements your responsibility Must put out fire in own fire pit when unattended or before bedding down Private parking space for up to 2 cars... no trailers or storage in driveway... storage service 1 block away Joint Family meals negotiable... may share front deck Fireplace with approval No extra storage in House available beyond own Studio Apartment Shared Washer/Dryer must be attended and Clothes not left overnight Must keep your private Refrigerator/Freezer, Coffee Pot, and Toaster Oven clean... no use of Owner's Freezer of Refrigerator allowed... may put dishes in shared Dishwasher Note: If you are interested in a long term stay, we will allow you to test drive our place for 3 nights @$48/night if someone has not not pre-booked the space... otherwise a month is $1,000 with all utilities, high speed Internet, and HD Dish Sattelite with Movie Channels... give us a Holler if you want to talk about our space...
