Welcome to "The house of Inelia and Ulises"!!! The space we rent is located on the top floor and is independent of the house, it has its own entrance. The staircase is wide and easy to climb. Very spacious bedroom; overlooking the street, air-conditioned (with split-type air conditioning) and TV, it also has very good lighting and natural ventilation. The bathroom is inside the bedroom; with hot and cold water under pressure, guaranteed hygiene and total privacy. It has a kitchen - dining room, which is for the exclusive use of guests. If you want to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can do it to your liking, since the kitchen that we offer is equipped with everything you need and is for the use of the visitor only. TV, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, etc. Access to the apartment is independent from the house and the area we rent is for the exclusive use of our guests. We offer very cheap breakfast service, prepared in the house with fruits and natural products.
Please read the rules well !!!! No smoking inside the bedroom, if outside. Guests must show their passport upon arrival at the accommodation, in order to be seated in the guest register. Take care of everything that is offered for your enjoyment and stay happy in our home. No drugs, fights or talking too loudly. You can receive visits but not parties or meetings with friends. It will be a pleasure to receive it in our house and you will see that everything will work wonders! Oh and if you have any questions related to the rules of the house, please ask, with pleasure we will answer all your questions. You will always be welcome !!!!
