However, there is a cheap laundry room called "LA WASH" just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. 3.-Smoking is prohibited within the department. However, the guests of the Queen Room can smoke exclusively on their private terrace. 4.-The entry of people not registered in the reserve is not allowed. Only confirmed guests can access accommodation. 5.-Walking with shoes is not allowed inside the apartment. Upon entering, you must take off your shoes and leave your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance. Each guest will be given slippers for added comfort. APARTMENT FEATURES: *. The first day of your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. Payment methods are made through PayPal, That same day you will have to pay an economic deposit according to the days of the reservation. That deposit will be returned the day you leave the room and the property in the proper conditions as you found it on the first day of your stay. Check in time is at 13:30 and Check out time is from 12:00. You can leave your bags after checking in and come to pick it up at the agreed time. In the bathroom area, being shared by the guests, you will always find a person cleaning several times a day. I like that the guests always feel at home. Therefore, I always ask for ORDER and CLEANLINESS. When entering and leaving the apartment, close the door very carefully without making a lot of noise. After 22:00 moderate the tone of voice, do not speak as if you were in a disco. If you arrive at dawn try not to scream inside the building, remember that there are other people sleeping. The space of the shower screen is for one person. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, outside the building there is a park.
