We are a fun outgoing and very personable family. I work in the medical field and our kids are all adults now ( youngest one at home is 19)and we have 3 grandkids. We love the outdoors and like to go camping and dirt bike riding in the desert.
Here are some common house rules for someone renting a room in a back guest house: 1. Respect Quiet Hours: Keep noise levels down during designated quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. 2. Clean up After Yourself: Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. 3. Respect Privacy: Be mindful of other residents' privacy and personal space. 4. No Overnight Guests: Unless otherwise agreed upon, refrain from having overnight guests to respect the privacy and security of other residents. 5. Follow Parking Guidelines: Park in designated areas and adhere to any parking regulations set by the host. 6. Communicate Openly: Keep lines of communication open with the host or property manager regarding any concerns or issues. 7. Be Considerate of Utilities: Conserve water, electricity, and other utilities to minimize environmental impact and shared costs. 8. No illegal DrugUse: Maintain to the designated smoke atea for smoking and refrain from using illegal substances on the premises. 9. Respect Check-In/Check-Out Times: Adhere to agreed-upon check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition for incoming and outgoing residents. 10. Report Maintenance Issues: Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the host or property manager for timely resolution. 11. A monthly / daily agreement will be signed upon arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival/departing, your deposit Will be nonrefundable.
