Our house is conveniently located in the heart of Chimney Heights minutes away from a golf course and a few blocks away from 152nd street where you can catch a bus to get anywhere in the lower mainland. Our home is spacious and furnished. We have 2 bedrooms that we do not use and my mother is the sole occupant. These rooms have their own locks, can be equipped with desks and smart tv's upon request. The house is cleaned weekly by a cleaner. Don't let the pictures fool you, they were taken by my mother. We have a nice yard at the back, living and dining space. The rooms will be setup for your comfort and well being. It should be noted, we also have basement tenants that are very personable and fun as well.
Loud music, pets, parties, smoking, drugs, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted. Maintaining cleanliness is obligatory. Upon your arrival, you are required to pay the complete rent amount, excluding the deposit you've paid through Homestay. If you are staying longer than a month then you have the option to pay monthly. Regarding our cancellation policy, please be aware that if you decide to shorten your stay, 75% of the monthly amount paid is non-refundable
