The apartment is 20 minutes walking to Acropolis,between alsos park and National garden which is next to parliament , Syntagma square ( center of Athens ). Half hour walking to Univercity campus . 45 minutes from airport by bus . WiFi speed: DW: 50Mbps/ UP: 5Mbps . Very good physical ventilation because appartment is on corner . Aircondition and electric fans also available . In winter central heating and electric air heating in every room is available . I used to run my buissiness , retail of houseware . Then worked as salesman . The 5 things i cannot live without is music , books , films , fotos , swimming . Museum books in English are available in the appartment . Ιn this house only i live and nobody visits me . I have no health problems .There are sanitising and cleansing gel bottles in every part of the house . The cleaning fee referes to cleaning the room after you check out .

Check in time from 11 am flexible . Check out time 10 am . The visitors are kindly requested , when they come in the house to wash their hands well . Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. The person who booked , must show his passport at arrival .
