This in-laws quarters has a private entrance, kitchenette (coffee maker, utensils, electric stove), a full bathroom, living room, bedroom with a queen-size bed, and is equipped with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, keyless entry, in unit thermostat).

House Rules: - No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside. - Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM. - Pets are not allowed on the property. - Please do not host parties or events. -Please make sure the guest count is accurate at the time of booking . - Please treat our home with care and respect. In the event something is broken, lost or malfunctioning, please let me know ASAP.
