Please stay within your allowed premises which is your private room, bathroom and use of hallway only. The other rooms are locked. The living room and kitchen are not allowed for use. No loud music or noises between 11pm- 7 a.m. Please be considerate and remember this is a residential quiet area of Malta. We do our bit for the environment as well. When not in the room please switch off any electronics you are not using mainly A/C ,TV and lights. Do not switch off or unplug the mini-Fridge, this will cause the fridge to stop cooling and condensate water in it leading to breakage Loss of keys will be at a charge of 20 euros each Please do not close doors with force. All doors are easily closable and lockable with the keys provided Guests not booked with us cannot enter the premises or stay here overnight. Please remember we cater/prepare your rooms just for our booked guests. We can cater for there luggage. Any items taken from the mini-Fridge need to be paid for by checkout using payment methods on page 6. Any items not paid for will lead to a charge of 20 euros + the cost of the items since we then have to do stock taking. Feel free to contact chris if you want other payment methods
