This is a family home — we kindly ask you to treat it with the same respect you’d expect for your own. No smoking anywhere inside the house. You’re welcome to enjoy a drink out, but please avoid returning home heavily intoxicated — it can cause issues for everyone. If anything is broken during your stay, you’ll be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. You're required to keep your room & common space clean & tidy. Quiet Hours & Visitors You may return home at any time, but please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM for the comfort of our family and neighbors. No visitors are allowed inside the home at any time. No meat is to be consumed inside the house. Amenities & Check-in Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 10:30 AM (unless otherwise agreed in advance) Washing machine use is limited to once per week.
