We have dogs - so you have to love dogs. Prefer non-smokers, but OK outside. Considerate, thoughtful, leave-it-as-you-found it guests. Bath is shared, so be kind and efficient. Great internet, but no illegal downloads. Use kitchen as you wish, 24x7, but keep it neat. Love the dogs; they'll love you.
