Beautiful private bedroom/BA with queen size bed in a ranch home, we also offer our home office to guest, who needs for work. It is 6 miles from Mall of Georgia, Next to Georgia Gwinnett College, 5 minutes to abundant shopping, restaurants, major highways. Tennis court is in a nice community neighborhood. I love to cooking Chinese food so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time! We have two spare bicycles, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. No pets and plenty of hospitality to share with you...:)
We are a very health and wellness oriented hosts and absolutely no smoking will be permitted at our home. No pets. We ask that our guests be as respectful as possible when residing, coming, and going. Guests must be over the age of 21, or may be one child over the age of 6 with one parent. Limit of two persons per room. Guests are asked to leave the space as tidy as possible. If any deliberate damage occurs, it will be reported and appropriate feedback will be posted on Homestay.com.
