We own a 4-bd, 3-full bath home on a lake lot in Northeast Jacksonville and have 2 furnished rooms with a private bath for rent. The rooms are in a private wing of our home, and each room is beautifully decorated with French motifs--thus the reason we call it the French Quarter. Our quiet community offers an amenities center with a pool and running track and views of lakes.
