We are a mature couple with a spare private room (our family is grown up) in a peaceful garden setting.

We live in a peaceful suburban setting with families with pets all around. So loud music is not an option. We are happy for guests to have visitors but not as stay-overs. We have no issue with guests having alcoholic drinks in moderation. Smoking - of tobacco products - is permitted but only outside of the house.
