Hello! We are Kaiss and Ali :) We offer you this 2 spacious private room in our home; a bright and cozy penthouse. In the centre of Vecindario city, with all services at walking distance. Vecindario is located 15 min away from the airport and near from both Maspalomas and Las Palmas. It is suitable for couples. We are looking forward to host you! :D The accommodation has 3 bedrooms in total, wich 2 of them are occupied by guests and the other one by the host. There is a wide kitchen-living room and a bright terrace with mountain views. It is located in a 3rd floor without lift. The living room, kithcen and terrace are of shared use. There is private space in the cupboard and the fridge for your own use. The bathroom is shared with the guest of the other room, if there are any.

Smoking only allowed in the terrace. No shoes indoors but slippers will be provided.
