I am located in Crescent Hill/Clifton area in a quiet neighbourhood. Short drive from St. Matthews, Frankfort and the Highlands. Great for REMOTE work: 1gb fiber wifi with dedicated workspace. A background check is required. A link will be sent to guest to complete once booked. I only take electronic forms of payment via Zelle or Cash App. Payment is due before guest’s arrival. Guest will receive and acknowledge a copy of the house rules.
No Smoking. No partying in the room or on the premises. No access to the room at the back of the house. Please clean up after yourself after using the kitchen. Please dispose of hair in the trash can to avoid clogging the sink, shower or toilet. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. No loose garbage in the black garbage bin outside. All garbage should be bagged before disposal. Please put ONLY cardboard boxes, glass bottles/containers, plastic, paper, empty cans and jars in the bin with the blue lid for recycling. No pizza or food boxes. No styrofoam.
