I have a private bedroom for guests (shared bathroom) in my home near Castlewood Park in Lexington. Common areas include living room, kitchen, dining room, and an office/multi-use room. There are garden beds in the front, and 5 chickens in the backyard and patio area. There are 2 indoor cats and a dog as well, so being friendly with animals is required. I work a few blocks away, so am usually available for questions.

Please be respectful of the home you are staying in, as well as my animals. Please avoid leaving items in common areas, and tidy up after yourself. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. NO smoking. NO pets. NO parties or loud music.
