I am close to Downtown L.A. and LAX, it is an urban neighborhood. This is a great place to stay for anyone coming to L.A. for a while and want to save money on accommodations. You will have your own room and a mini refrigerator. Private bathroom. You will have full access to the kitchen to make your own meals. I have a washer and dryer. If you stay here for 1 week you are entitled to doing two loads of laundry including soap and softener. WE FOLLOW VERY STICT WATER CONSERVATION PRACTICES. PLEASE BE READY TO ADJUST YOUR WATER CONSUMPTION AND HELP US SAVE WATER.
Please keep my home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not invite strangers into our home. Absolutely no smoking. We practice methods of the water and electricity conservation. The room is for one person. Two people can be discussed.
