Our home is located in the quiet community in heart of Mira mesa SanDiego California United States. This is a private room with share bathroom. If you are an international student is coming to San Diego to study English, we can provide airport pickup and drop-off. Free street parking. Driveway is available for parking too.

1、Check in photo ID check. Pay your reservation when you check in. I accept cash only. 2､Thin wall. Please try to be quiet anytime. 
Quiet time 10:30pm —8:00am. 
Please try do not make noise , 
If you check in /come back the middle of the night /get up at 5 am or 6 am in the morning. 
Building a quiet environment. For yourself and others. 3､Private room only can accommodate for one people .The master bedroom can accommodate 2 people. But the second people will be charged $15 more per night. 4､self service check out, please put the key back in the lock of the room. 5､No free laundry, One time charges $5, including washing within 30 minutes, dryer 45 minutes . Laundry room open time 8:30am -9:00pm.please pay ahead $5 if you wash your clothes. 6､Check in after 2:00pm, check out before 10:00am.Hourly fees for 1 hour late checkout $10. 7､You can access to kitchen.But No Stove for cooking . 
Free refrigerator storage and microwave heating foods. 8、share bathroom, Please respect each other. 9、Visitor need permission from the host . If you bring other people to get in my house without permission, you need to pay $10.00 visitor fee .General Visiting Hours 2:00 - 8:00pm. Within half hour.
