Hello. I have a 2 story home where the entire upstairs is vacant. That’s consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a loft area for sitting , also includes a TV. First floor laundry room. I also have an outdoor patio fully furnished with comfortable furniture for enjoying the outdoors. I live in a community with a pool, gym and tennis courts. I have off street parking as well as bikes and pool floats. I would be excited to share my home with a student looking to learn English and American culture.

Be courteous , respectful and quiet during sleeping hours. Keep room and bathroom tidy and do laundry regularly. No overnight guests
