Our peaceful suite with private bathroom & kitchenette is on the lower level of our 100 year old Victorian home on a quiet residential street, within walking distance to many transport options and the lively Junction & Roncesvalles neighbourhoods with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and the beautiful High Park. My teenage son and daughter and I live upstairs. You will have your own privacy downstairs and no access to the rest of the house.

Please no guests, pets, loud noises or smoking/vaping. We appreciate if you can leave and enter the house quietly and only access the lower level of the house. We live upstairs and are on hand if you have any questions, otherwise we will respect your privacy,.
