Double bedroom available in a fully furnished two bedroom modern home close to the city centre, local shops and good transport links. Off street parking available and a large garden at the rear of the house.

No overnight stays. Visitors can be invited during your stay however discussion to be held with host prior to guest visiting the home, Guest must ensure that the home is secure prior to leaving. This means that all doors and windows are locked. Excessive loud noise is not permitted. Shoes to be left at the front door inside the home on entry. No smoking or drinking of alcohol permitted. Whilst a light breakfast is provided Guests must ensure that they provide their own meals and snacks during their stay. You are responsible for keeping your bedroom tidy and that you maintain the cleanliness of the home. Bathroom hygiene must be maintained. All washing up should be done immediately after eating. Any damages to fixtures and fittings should be reported immediately. The daily rate remains in place whether you stay at the home for the duration of your stay or not.
