There is a washer/dryer in the loft outside the bedroom for your use if needed. 40" flatscreen TV and in room AC. Off street parking and possible garage parking in inclement weather. Public play and restaurant at golf course across street. Mt. views and walking trails. Seasonal community pool access Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. No smoking and no pets.
