No Shoes Inside: Guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes upon entering to help maintain the cleanliness of the property. Guests Must Follow Local Laws: Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations, such as noise ordinances or parking restrictions. Guests Must Respect Neighbors: Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and their property. Furniture and Decor: Guests are kindly requested to treat all furniture and decor with care to prevent damage. Any damage beyond "normal wear and tear" will be assessed and charged to the guest's account after check-out. In the event of a disagreement regarding damage charges, the issue will be escalated to Airbnb's resolution center, known as AirCover. Defining Normal Wear and Tear: "Normal wear and tear" refers to the expected, gradual deterioration of items due to regular use over time. It includes minor scuffs, light marks, or fading that can reasonably be expected to occur with ordinary use of the property. Damage, on the other hand, encompasses any harm or destruction to the property or its contents that goes beyond what is considered normal wear and tear. Fire Safety: For the safety of all guests and the property, the lighting of any type of fire, including candles, is strictly prohibited within the apartment. This includes any open flames, but excludes the usage of the gas stove for cooking. Any violation of this rule will result in a fee of $250 to cover potential fire-related hazards and safety concerns. Please prioritize safety by refraining from open flames or flammable activities within the apartment. Fire Extinguisher Location: In case of emergency, a fire extinguisher is readily available and can be found hanging on the wall to the right of the sink for your immediate access. Late Check-out/Early Check-in: Additional fees may apply for late check-out or early check-in requests. Unapproved late check-outs will be subject to a charge of $25 per hour or any portion thereof. In the event of a loss of reservations due to unapproved late check-outs, guests will be responsible for any income lost because of the inability to clean and prepare the property for the next reservat Electricity Usage No Cryptocurrency Mining or Similar Activities: Guests are strictly prohibited from using the property for cryptocurrency mining, server hosting, or any other activity that excessively consumes electricity.
