3/2 Split plan home. The area is in a quiet and safe neighborhood near downtown and close to the beach ( 10 miles) , W/ shops & eateries within 3 miles. NO pets or smoking. laundry privileges, 1 load only. Airport pickup avail. The kitchen is limited access and not after 830pm. Guests can not receive mail at residence. Home stays 70 degrees 24/7. Extra between blankets in closet

I strive to keep my house peaceful and serene, so no drama, please. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house that includes vaping. If you smoke, please do not throw your cigarette butts in my yard. Kitchen open till 8pm. Internet is available at check-in and is in the app. Due to a heat allergy, my house does stay cold, about 70ﾟ There are extra blankets in your closet and also in the hallway linen closet just outside the room My house is not suitable for children over the age of 2 there is only one bed in each room. Guests can not receive mail at my residence
