Fully furnished room available with a double bed (including sheets and towels), a closet, and a desk in a shared apartment in the heart of Cabanyal. A 5-minute walk from the beach, and a 20-minute bus ride to the city center. The living room (with balcony), dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared with one other person (a 40-year-old woman, working, speaks Spanish, English, German, and French). Very bright, quiet apartment with a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

House rules are respected: Guests can use the kitchen, which is cleaned after use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (on the balcony, yes), pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted. Check-in after 2:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM.
