QUIET COMFORTABLE PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable through the ROKU, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, private bathroom, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, coffee maker, towels and basic bath amenities included. We are located in South Central Lakeland in the Lake Hollinsworth district.
No Pets. Please do not block any of the cars in the Driveway. Quiet Hours Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 7am Quiet Hours Friday and Saturday 12am to 8am You may also enjoy use of the pool, just keep in mind it is not heated. You can access the pool by following the path around the side and back of the house to the small gate. If you would like to enjoy the pool please review the following rules: There is no life guard on duty, swim at your own risk. Drinks are allowed, just no glass please Pool Hours Friday through Saturday 9am to 10pm Pool Hours Sunday through Thursday 9am to 9pm
