We live in a gated community, which is very quiet, and my neighbors are like family. Our neighborhood is made up of different cultural backgrounds. My home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath two-story dwelling. We have a small backyard. Our neighborhood is very safe. We have a gym, grocery store, and drug store in walking distance from the house. There are malls very close and we are not located too far from Hollywood, Universal City or Magic Mountain.
Keep your room clean Inform me when your having dinner out if meals are included. Make sure doors are locked when you leave. Assist in keeping bathroom clean. Example: wiping sink counter after you use it.
