Quiet time is 2100 - 0700 Current residents work from home so maintaining quiet is essential. We welcome SOLO female travellers, ideally 24 years and over. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to provide us a copy of their ID before check-in by email. Also, please send us a message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip.
Light cooking please. No smoking AT ALL -tobacco, pipes, marijuana, e-cigs - No smoking guests. No pets. No parties at any time. Happy to serve dinner on occasion. Bedroom is on the first level, gym is on the lower level - guests must use handrails when ascending and descending - no double stepping allowed.
