Available is a large comfortable bedroom with private bathroom and private living room area with smart television for your relaxation. Shared laundry and updated open kitchen area. I have two sweet dogs that stay in my part of the house but you are welcome to visit them if you wish! They would love it! I have a private fenced back yard with a wood swing and beautiful flowers to enjoy. I live in a quiet neighborhood that is close to walking/biking areas as well as easily accessible to freeways to get to Ann Arbor or Detroit within 20-30 minutes.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7am. No drugs or smoking on property. No guests overnight unless cleared ahead of time with home owner.
