The beach is 20 minutes away via Topanga canyon boulevard and I am close to all major colleges in los angeles. CSUN is 15 minutes, pierce colllege is 10 minutes and all other los angeles colleges are according to the time of day you travel. you do not have to be a student to live here. I am open to anyone who wants to rent a room.
