This homestay is in a two bedroom/two full-bath apartment with a balcony in an elevator building. The room has windows facing out on a tree lined street and gets soft morning sunlight. The room has two large closets. The apartment has a kitchen and dining room. Guests will have access to living room, the kitchen, and balcony. About me: I'm 44 years old and a NYC public school ESL teacher. I have traveled the world and lived abroad so I understand the needs of "homestayers." I'm more than happy to help guests with getting around the city and can even help with providing reduced price Metrocards and advice on what's going on and where to go to make the most of your visit.
No guests/visitors without prior permission. No parties/events can be held within the living spaces. This is a dog-free building so no pets, please.
